Devon Dempsey

Devon Dempsey is a local Realtor and business owner. She is a third generation New Smyrna Beach native. Her mom, Jill Dempsey, opened Own-A-Pad Real Estate in 2002 and Devon has been involved in the operational side of the business ever since. Devon pursued a vocational career in cosmetology after graduating from New Smyrna Beach High School. She opened a quaint salon on Flagler Avenue, called “The Beauty Bar” which she has owned and operated since 2010. Real estate, however, has always been a passion of Devon’s so in 2014 she decided to achieve her own licensing and help the many Own-A-Pad clients navigate the sometimes tricky process of selling their homes or finding a great deal when buying a new home. Being the owner of a circa 1929 home herself, Devon is no stranger to the uniqueness and challenges that a historic home can bring and Devon’s love for design and renovating makes her great at seeing the untapped potential in properties. Devon is currently enjoying the continued renovations at her own home and is expecting to add her first child to her family that currently consists of her 5 fur babies.
